Platinum Towing & Recovery came to Novum needing everything built from the ground up, a brand that communicated trust and professionalism instantly, and a digital presence strong enough to make sure the right people found them first.

Platinum Towing & Recovery was entering a competitive Ohio market where established competitors had years of local search history and brand recognition. The challenge was to build a presence from zero that could compete immediately, not in six months.

The brand also needed to communicate two things at once, the strength and reliability of a serious recovery operation, and the accessibility and responsiveness of a locally owned business that actually shows up when you need them.

Strategic Approach

Brand Identity: The visual identity was built to communicate authority and dependability at a glance. Bold, clean, and professional, the kind of brand that signals you're dealing with a real operation, not someone running calls out of a personal truck with no accountability. Every brand element was designed to work across vehicles, signage, uniforms, and digital platforms without losing its impact.

Website Design: The website was built for one primary conversion - a phone call. Mobile-first architecture, fast load times, and a clear hierarchy that puts the most important information front and center. No clutter, no confusion, no barriers between a stranded customer and the number they need to dial. The site was built on Squarespace for ease of ongoing management and long-term scalability.

Full Digital Presence Setup: The build didn't stop at the website. Google Business Profile was claimed, verified, and fully optimized. All major social platforms were set up with consistent branding across every touchpoint. Google Analytics was installed and configured. Metadata was written for every page with local search intent in mind. Everything was connected and working together from day one.

SEO Foundation: Local SEO was built into the site architecture from the start, not added as an afterthought. Page structure, headings, metadata, and GBP signals were all aligned around the search terms a stranded customer in Heath, Ohio and the surrounding counties would actually type.
